I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have found it an inspirational source of energy and guidance. Its ability to create a strong, flexible and heallthy body, harmonised with the mind through the use of breath and focused practice has brought health, happiness and love into my life.
I hold an advanced BWY diploma and teach in the Krishnamacharya tradition adapting yoga to suit the individual. I mainly teach on a one to one basis.
I am also a Pilates instructor REPS level 4
My style of teaching is warm, friendly, fun and encouraging. I do what I love and I love what I do.
I teach in both North West London and Cambridge.
