I am a yoga teacher living in Sharnbrook offering fun, accessible and ego-free yoga classes in Sharnbrook and Riseley. I teach mainly Hatha Flow yoga to adults, teens and children as well as Yin Yoga which I am very passionate about. I also teach Menopause Awareness through Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Teen Yoga and One to One Yoga as well as offering nurturing half-day retreats in Sharnbrook.
