This workshop with integrate the principles of Yoga, Ayurveda, and current scientific understanding; to help us better understand our own digestive system. The morning will include; an overview of the digestive system, a basic Ayurvedic assessment, and a yoga practice to help ignite your digestive fire. The session will finish with a deep relaxation. There will be opportunity for questions and discussion, as well as guidance on lifestyle and diet.
The workshop will be limited to just 8 participants to ensure individual attention, so booking in advance is essential.

Jackie has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. She qualified at both Beginners and Intermediate levels with Integral Yoga Dorset, and has taken additional training in 'Yoga for M.E and Chronic Fatigue'. She has been practising as a yoga therapist for over a year, following completion of a two year post-graduate intensive training with Real Yoga. She is currently training to become a tutor on this course, and continues her studies with yoga therapist Sarah Ryan. She is the Secretary for the BCYT (British Council for Yoga Therapy)
She has completed over 1,000 hours of training.
Jackie offers a variety of classes, 1to1 yoga therapy sessions, and events.
