By practicing his Kriya Yoga techniques many psycho-physical disorders and blocks have been brought under effective control.

Passionate of alternative therapies since my youth, I am trained in Yoga & Ayurveda, Dr. Bach Flowers therapy, Aromatherapy, ayurvedic phytotherapy. I have been teaching classes in nutrition and well-being according to Yoga and Ayurveda in Switzerland and in France for 10 years. I strictly collaborate with the Dr. Franklin’s Panchakarma Institute and with Siva Soorya School of Yoga in Kerala (South India). I accompany groups for ayurvedic treatments and for Yoga Training in India. In Saint Raphael (French Riviera) and Faido (Switzerland) I organize Yoga Teacher Training Course wth Yoga Alliance certification 200 RYS. I currently give courses, workshops and trainings in Hatha Yoga, relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques.
