A therapeutic 2 hour workshop which includes a Yin 50 min practice, a 50 min restorative practice and 20 min of Yoga Nidra. You will leave on cloud 9 and have a lovely peaceful nights sleep.

Classes are held at a lovely spacious Yoga Studio in Ealing. All classes are mixed ability. Tues am 11-12.30.Wednesday eve 7-8.30, Thurs am over 60's 11-12 and Sat am 11-12.30
Your teacher has had 25 years experience in both Orthodox and Holistic health and has been teaching Yoga for 12 years. A BWY accredited teacher and a member of REP's. Classes have a fusion of basic Hatha Yoga, Sunpower dynamic and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
