In this 2 hour Sunday session I will take you on a journey to find your inner artist.
Starting seated with a moment of stillness before we move on to gentle movements to warm up the body ready to paint. We start to find our creativity with our breath as we put paint to paper. Ending with a guided relaxation.
No previous painting or yoga skills required.

My yoga training was with leading fitness experts at Group X Training Ltd where I gained my Level 3 yoga qualification. My yoga comes from a fitness industry perspective.
Since then I have continued my studies into the realm of intrinsic biomechanics. I am both an I Move Freely instructor as well as a Biomechanics Trainer. I bring these elements in to my classes to help you improve your mobility and the way you move.
I love to keep learning and challenging myself and bringing this back into my classes. My recent training took me to Berlin where I learned all about a safer way to inversions with Feet Up.
