This extended session will help you transition from weekday to weekend.
Starting with gentle movement to release tension, we will slowly move towards a floor based restorative practice. Using props to support our body in longer held postures, and breathwork to invite in softness, we will prepare our bodies and minds for the weekend.
The second part of the class will involve a relaxing sound bath and meditation, using pillows and blankets to get completely comfortable. There will also be an option to receive a short healing reiki treatment around the heart chakra.
This session will be a time for stillness and connection, swapping weekday ‘fight and flight’ emotions, for weekend ‘rest and digest’.
This session is beginner friendly and suitable for all abilities.

Bryony Morris a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, completing her yoga teacher training with Yogacampus UK. She is a Restorative and Chair Yoga teacher, trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Her classes are community focused, suitable for all levels and aim to be inclusive and accessible. They are a welcoming, and safe space.
