Help animals in need and take on a yoga challenge. This Sun Salutation marathon in aid of Northamptonshire Animals Needing Nurturing and Adoption www.nannaanimalrescue.co.uk. The challenge is to complete up to 108 rounds of the Sun Salutation A sequence, using modifications to suit your ability. The optimum number is 108 but you are free to rest or stop at any point during the challenge. £10 entry donation. All funds raised will be donated to NANNA.

I am currently on a break from teaching as I'm relocating to North Devon.
I teach yoga to help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind. My classes will guide you through yoga practices that include all 8 Limbs of Yoga. I have been practising yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2014 and my classes are friendly, safe, non-judgemental, creative and lighthearted.
Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced yoga with held postures and some flow work that creates balance, strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Philosophical themes, pranayama breathing practices, meditation and relaxation feature in class – to move you steadily and mindfully towards a greater sense of wellbeing.
Hatha Yoga has also been proven to improve sleep, mobility, postural conditions, mental health, cardiovascular health, concentration; protect bone health; regulate blood pressure; reduce back pain; soothe your nervous system; and provide a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
