Emma is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She has been practising Iyengar yoga for 25 years. She completed the rigorous two year Iyengar yoga training programme at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, Maida Vale, London. Last year she attended the international convention in Pune, India, taught by Geeta Iyengar.
She loves the practice of Iyengar yoga, especially the deepening of her understanding and knowledge that regular practice has brought her. She loves passing on the many benefits of Iyengar yoga to others through her teaching.
