Dear Student!
I have been practicing yoga over 15 years. I am fully qualified and insured teacher with British Wheel of Yoga, which is the governing body for yoga in the UK. I also gained a qualification in pregnancy yoga.
My teaching focuses on creating a safe environment and non-competitive atmosphere for students of every level. My classes involve Pranyama (breath), Mantras (chants), Mudras (gestures), Asanas (postures), Concentration and Meditation. Every class is designed taking into account the needs of my students. I seek to make yoga accessible to anyone who wants to experience a greater sense of peace, joy and health. My classes are not just simple work out. These enjoyable and flowing Hatha Yoga classes will help you to strengthen and refresh your body and mind. Harmony of breath and movement will help you to ignite the flame of your inner vitality and open your heart to the radiance within. These classes will help you to feel rooted and flowing, energising and relaxed at the same time. These classes are classes of awareness, awareness of your body and awareness of your mind. All levels are welcome!
