Pippa Moss has offered yoga classes and treatments in the Bedford area since 2009 and runs a characterful and peaceful Yoga & Wellbeing Studio in Astwood, near Bedford and Milton Keynes. The Space Within is in a beautiful converted barn, in a peaceful village setting, and offers a calm place to come for yoga, meditation massage, reiki and holistic workshops and retreat days. Offerings include pregnancy and postnatal services, and the studio is also hired out to other practitioners to offer the community a wide range of holistic services.
