Our Saturday Yoga Social is designed to be just that – social. During the 2 hour session roughly 30 minutes of it will be a little bit pot luck. It might be delving into a specific part of a practice into a more workshop style, or we might feature guest teachers who can bring something to your practice that you haven’t tried before.
You’ll always get advance notice a few days before of what we’ll be covering and it will always be designed to be accessible for everyone.
We’ll also take some time out to chat – this is intended to be an open forum but we’ll always have a theme for inspiration. Chatting is absolutely voluntary and if you prefer to just sit in peace or even bring your knitting then that is always a welcome option.
There will also of course be some yoga practice as well – my style of yoga is fairly slow paced but you’re always welcome to bring your own practice style, be that some stronger poses or a gentle more meditative practice.
