The style of Yoga I practice & share is Yin - Inspired Hatha Vinyasa Flow.
In the Yin-inspired sections the focus is the meridians using Traditional Chinese Medicine as in acupuncture. These approaches gives complete balance to body & mind.
I've been practising myself for 20+ years and teaching for over a decade.
I believe I offer a fresh approach to Yoga which is accessible to EVERYBODY.
In classes I invite you to explore your body, respect where you are physically, mentally, emotionally & be guided by your own rhythm and expression.
I will guide you through creative sequences each term with a different focus to unravel body & mind. There are moments to pause, expand and not forgetting the breath enabling us to go deeper within.
You will be encouraged to move beyond traditional yoga shapes, move alone in the sequences playing with your own bodies fluidity and flexibility.
Yoga, Movement, Breath are a gateway into finding your own magic!
You do not have to be able to touch your toes, no matter where you are physically Yoga can be practised by you!
