Imbolc Yoga and Sound Bath
You are invited to our Imbolc Yoga & Sound Bath event on February 1st, 7-8.30pm. We will be celebrating the beginning of Spring, as the harsh cold winter starts to slowly vanish. The light is now taking over the darkness and thus we will focus on awakening ourselves physically and energetically through the practice of Yoga and the power of Sound. We will be working with crystals to help us channel the light. This is a great opportunity for us to focus on our intentions and plant our seeds for what we wish to nurture and grow for ourselves this year.
This event comprises of an awakening and energising hour of Vinyasa Flow yoga led by teacher Emma Anton followed by a long Savasana (1/2 hour) during which musician and healer Julie Walkington will take us through the Sound Bath with her gongs, singing bowls and more...

Emma is a fully qualified yoga instructor (500hr BWY) who has trained with world known teachers such as Shiva Rea, Alan Finger and Richard Freeman.
As an ex-dancer, Emma brings her passion for choreographing movement, breath and the human body into her yoga classes. It is not just the asana (posture) that matters, but the path to it, the transitions marked by the breath are as important as the final pose. Expect a journey led by breath that will leave you rejuvenated, calm and content.
