The traditional Surya Namasakar (Salute to the Sun) can be meditative and invigorating. It can also be challenging, especially for those who are new to yoga or who don’t practice it regularly.
During this workshop we will explore kneeling, standing and seated alternatives and show you how to develop a rejuvenating and accessible practice. In the afternoon, if the weather is good , we will make the most of it with an outside walking meditation. Finally we will end the day with a refreshing yoga nidra to send you home feeling re-invigorated and relaxed.
