This core influenced workshop will help to engage the correct muscles and improve posture and reduce back pain. Using particular exercises to activate and engage the core, will help make the postures flow, keeping the back strong, happy and healthy. We will be working on:
- Navasana (Boat pose)
- Utkatasana (Fierce/chair pose)
- Phalakasana (Plank pose)
- Chataranga Dandasana (Four limbed staff pose)
- Purvottanasana (Upward facing plank)
- Dolphin (Forearm plank)
before finishing with a well earned relaxation.

All our teachers are highly trained and experienced and you will always receive a warm welcome in a calm and relaxing environment.
