Come and join Sallie and Sunnah for a relaxing afternoon of Yoga and Meditation in the spirit of the holiday season.
As this time of year approaches we find ourselves drawn into the stream of busy-ness and self-forgetting. In this afternoon we hope to offer you a space to find yourself, to create a sense of calm and stillness and be ready for the month ahead.
This afternoon will include a flowing heart opening yoga practice, some guided meditation techniques and will end with some restorative postures and a yummy yoga nidra.
All levels welcome including complete beginners and pregnant ladies
Cost: £35 (Early bird price of £30 if booked by 15th Nov, 2016)

The Rose School of Transformational Yoga offers a variety of classes for those that are interested in beginning or continuing their journey of Yoga. We offer various classes including group yoga classes, group meditation classes and Sangha’s, Pregnancy and Post Natal classes, one 2 one sessions and wonderful retreats and workshops.
All classes are Hatha Yoga classes, blending together different traditions from the various and generous teachers we have had the pleasure to learn from.
