Hi, my name is Louise. I specialise in teaching a gentler style of Yoga particularly beneficial if you are approaching mid life or are a beginner. I found the benefits of Yoga after suffering with back problems, work related stress & anxiety. Yoga transformed my life and I left my career as a college lecturer to teach Yoga.
