Yoga Nidra (sleep) is the deep guided relaxation that follows lifting away the effects of pressure and exertion. Ideal for everyone who feels out of balance and are doing too much. Sona’s delighted to offer what she feels to be a vital part of Yoga practice in today’s over stimulating and hectic world.

Earthlife is located in the arches under Kew Bridge and we offer a range of Yoga classes for all abilities. All our teachers are highly trained and experienced and you will always receive a warm welcome in a calm and relaxing environment. We aim to keep our classes quite small with a maximum of 8/9 adults in any mat-work class. Please contact us for bookings or more information.
