Learn how to support and assist each other to find a greater openness in the practice whilst working together, supporting one another to keep correct body alignment, balance and focus, not only do you experience a yoga posture differently but you also begin to allow yourself to trust someone else.

We will start the workshop with a short practice to warm up, moving on to partner poses with balances and deep stretching then leading onto more joyful playful partner poses.
This workshop will be filled with plenty of laughter and fun, come with a positive attitude and an open heart to bond with others.
Come solo or with a partner, all levels welcome, no previous experience necessary.
