Morning retreat that is carefully designed to nourish and open, as the year begins to turn, the warmth begins to return, and we prepare ourselves for the coming of Spring.
The practices are gentle and slow, and allow us to sink into our practice. They are an invitation to explore, to connect with possibilities, and to recognise our limitations. We open to ourselves gradually, just as nature slowly opens to Spring.
We will move, breathe more deeply, rest in contemplation, and restore mind and body.
You be gently guided throughout, but it is a silent retreat, enabling us to go within, and to step back from the without. There will be an opportunity to break the silence at the end of the morning, or not, as you choose.
