Yoga Teacher

I teach small group yoga classes (max 5 students) from my home yoga studio in New Southgate. I have over 25 years teaching experience. Daytime classes are 90 minutes long, evening classes are 60 minutes long. I teach a weekly class for teens/tweens and a 2-hour Masterclass every second Monday for seasoned practitioners. Booking essential.
