These masterclasses are suitable for those with little or no yoga experience. They are also beneficial to those who have a regular practice but wish to go into more depth about how to apply the various tools that yoga can offer us to strengthen our training.
These masterclasses are engaging and practical. You will learn techniques that you can practice at home both on and off the mat.

I discovered yoga as free weekly classes were offered by my then employer the local hospital. This was a complete change for me having spent the previous decade living quite an unhealthy lifestyle commuting to London. I loved these classes and soon noticed the benefits. Yoga has given me a greater awareness of my body and also an appreciation of what it can do. I teach a range of classes - yoga for runners, chair yoga, corporate sessions and one to ones.
