The holiday season will soon be coming to an end and as new term begins you will once again be ramping up to juggle all areas of your life, desperately trying to keep all of the balls in the air! Jayne Gregory from Yoyouga and Lisa Berry from Lisa Berry Inspire have put their respective skill and experience together to develop a unique programme aimed at clearing your mind, and stimulating your body. The programme consists of 4 workshops combining Mindfulness and Yoga. They are an equal split between Mindful teaching/techniques and physical Yoga postures and are an excellent way to aid relaxation, combat stress and increase general well-being.
Come and find some balance with us and take away tools to help you achieve stress free living.
