With hip opening and strengthening asana’s and Functional Range Conditioning mobility techniques we will systematically unlock the body to safely bring you closer to your ideal hanumanasana.

Jennie Lichfield is the founder of Liberty Wellbeing, which is a small organisation providing Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, meditation, pilates and tai chi in Ashford, Kent. We offer Hatha and Ashtanga styles of yoga plus mindfulness meditation courses, workshops and retreats.
Jennie has been in the wellbeing industry for over 20 years, teaching yoga for 10 years and more recently incorporating mindfulness meditation in to her work with students.
Haha yoga is perfect for beginners and mixed ability classes and with that in mind, Jennie has steadily built up a reputation for excellence, integrity and achieving results. Ashtanga increases stain, flexibility and strength.
Jennie is also a Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and serves as a Buddhist Chaplain in the prison service. We currently have one other teacher taking classes for us, Keighley Hawkins, and aim to offer more as we move in to 2017.
