Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
This workshop uses long holds of Yin poses to work deep into the connective tissue. You will hold each pose for longer than you may be used to, in order to allow the body to fully open and the mind to become still. This session finishes up with a long guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed, loose and open!

Stacey teaches invigorating, dynamic yoga classes, which will leave you feeling strong, flexible and grounded. Classes are strongly influenced by Ashtanga so expect lots of movement, and a physically challenging practice!
All levels are welcome to all classes though, so even if you have not tried yoga before come and give it a go. All you need is a mat and an open heart and mind!
