Healing Sound Bath

This unique 90 minute sound bath and sound healing workshop is suitable for everyone. It invites you into a deep, therapeutic relaxation as you are immersed in the vibrations of sounds ranging from Tibetan Singing Bowl, Rainstick, Sansula, Shamanic Drum and Chinese Wind Gong. As you lie, held by blankets and bolsters. Eyes closed with the gentle weight of a lavender bag, You will be carried on waves of sounds that take you to a place of inner peace and tranquility. Its like having a gentle massage but with sound!

Hello, welcome to my page. I am a teacher and student of yoga, I have been practising yoga for 24yrs, teaching for 10yrs and it's an integral part of my life. I aspire to practice the principles of yoga both on and off my mat to give be flexibility and strength of body and mind and bring balance to my life. I truly believe that the more we affect change in ourselves, the more we can inspire others to reach for that too.

I teach hatha flow yoga with a focus on alignment and offer classes to adults, teens and children. in addition I offer Restorative yoga, Sound Healing and pregnancy yoga My training has been through Yogacampus in general level teaching, children's yoga, teen yoga, restorative yoga and sound healing . My main teacher is Rod Stryker and have also trained with Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Jo Manuel and Judith Hanson Laseter, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Anne Malone.
