The Intermediate Hatha Flow Yoga Class are aimed at practitioners looking to move beyond the beginners class into more dynamic practise. The 4 week course will follow a thread based on the classic elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air. The course aims to include creative sequencing, harmonising breath with more advance strengthening, balances and inversion poses.

I started practising yoga 15 years ago for health reasons and am a strong believer of Yoga for Health. I believe our yoga practise can help us attain greater consciousness, inner peace and strength, benefiting our body, mind and soul.
I trained in multi style yoga (200hr Yoga Alliance) with the Trimutri Yoga school in Goa, teaching Hatha, Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga. I have a relaxed and fun teaching style. I enjoy adapting the styles of practise to the health requirements of the individuals in a class.
I have a Physiology Bsc and carried out my Biophysics PhD research on Molecular Biology, researching the function of muscles.
Off the mat I love rock climbing, spicy food, and have 2 little toddlers who are my real Gurus for Yoga.
