About Emelia and the Hackney Pantry
The Hackney Pantry started out as a food blog in 2013 where Emelia chronicled her obsessions with food. Emelia soon realised that she wanted to take her passion for creating new nutritious and exciting food beyond the web and out into the wider world and so a business plan was born. Join us at one of our Yoga Brunch events see for yourself how delicious her seasonal whole-food centred creations really are.
About Holly
Holly is a registered yoga teacher ryt200 hours, qualifying in 2014. She's been teaching dynamic and flowing classes since June 2014, with a focus on finding safe alignment but allowing yoga to be an expression of your own body. Yoga isn't competitive or about bending into funny poses, it should be fun, refreshing and just a little bit sweaty!
