I am a qualified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Instructor; achieving a Yoga Teacher, Diploma with Distinction, in April 2009, through the Inner Healing School of Yoga.
I have since gone on to study Yoga as Therapy, with the Inner Healing School of Yoga and achieved a further Diploma with Distinction, in 2013; qualifying me to instruct Yoga for the management and relief of a wide range of health conditions and injuries.
I have trained with International Gong Masters, Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntrye, to qualify as an International Gong Master and Sound Therapist and give Gong Healing Baths to the public and offer one to one Sound Therapy sessions.
I am also a fully insured Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.
I have been practising Yoga for 19 years and continue to be in awe of the amazing health, and often life changing benefits of this most ancient and truly wonderful science. I work throughout Northamptonshire and regularly teach Group Classes, Corporate Classes and One to One Yoga and Yoga Therapy sessions.
I am a registered member of the Independent Yoga Network.
