A workshop with a focus on feeling yoga physically and internally and making every movement purposeful and deliberate. Using particular balancing postures and arm balances to help students support some of the major joints and to support and feel it in our bones. A strong class with some balancing poses, hip openers and deep stretching. Including pranayama ( breath work) and meditation. Tanya is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher who has completed the BWY Level 4 Diploma, 560hrs. Tanya been practising yoga for over 18 years and has developed her style through learning many different approaches to yoga. Tanya's yoga journey has mainly been attending various dynamic style classes. In 2010 Tanya began practising Jivamutki and finally the last 6 years have been dedicated to a regular Mysore Ashtanga Yoga practise and she regularly attends workshops with John Scott, Andy Gill, Phillips Asher and David Keil. Tanya's teaches Dynamic Hatha or Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes and her focus is on correct alignment, breath and movement of the body. Her classes are aimed at all levels and she regularly holds beginners courses.
