I have been teaching yoga for over 25 years. My style is an eclectic mix of classic postures, easy flow, and alignment, the result of my own studies with a variety of teachers ranging from Sivananda (my original training) to Ashtanga and Iyengar. I aim to help students discover their own possibilities in a way that is interesting, invigorating and enlivening.
