This workshop is all about ‘facing your fears' and going upside down.’ With a focus on inversions and handstands and use of bandhas and breathe. In this workshop we will work towards an inversion, by breaking it down into small steps and learning about the importance of bandha's. We will practise some breathing practices (pranayama), some partner work and some guided relaxation at the end. Most of all we should have some fun!
