Childbirth is a natural process that can be exciting, exhilarating and powerful. Research has shown that being upright and active in labour will help to reduce pain, will reduce the likelihood of medical intervention and may make your labour shorter. This is an opportunity to learn as a couple how to use yoga positions, breathing and relaxation practices to support you through labour. We will also practice massage techniques and learn about the natural process of labour, pain relief and medical interventions.
The workshop is 2.5 hours long and will include time for a chat with other couples whilst you have a hot drink and snack xx
