This back to basics workshop will introduce basic yoga poses, techniques and breathwork and build on knowledge and experience for anyone looking to improve their practice. You don't need to be able to touch your toes, just bring an open mind!
This workshop will delve deeper into alignment and discuss any issues with the postures. It can be easy to drift into bad habits and this workshop will aim to offer practical postural corrections and tips for everybody.
There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and hands on adjustment to help you start or deepen an existing yoga practice. Perfect for absolute beginners or those wishing to improve their practice.
