Hi there, we are Alex and Jules from Hotpod Yoga. We would love to welcome you to one of our light hearted and friendly classes where you'll find a safe and relaxed environment to practice Yoga.
Yoga can have as much of an impact on your life as you allow; from it being purely physical (which to many folk it is- and that's fine) to being a way of life; following and incorporating the 8 limbs and spiritual teachings in to everyday living...well as realistically as possible.
Classes at Hotpod are held at 37° in our purple hued, beautifully scented pod. The studio is non-judgemental, friendly and welcoming to all. When signing up to a class, you are joining a community of supportive yogi's throughout all stages of their lives, be prepared to make friends and have a laugh.
