The transition from autumn to winter changes the air, temperature and landscape. At this time of year you may feel disconnected and unsettled. This workshop will help you change with the seasons by focusing on a Yoga practice to ground and re-balance the body, preparing you for the winter season.
Using breathing techniques to create warmth and postures to encourage balance in order to strengthen your roots.
Ending with nurturing relaxation and singing bowl sounds to surrender to the changing season and let go of unwanted tension.
