Join me on the 18th March 2018 from 11am to 1pm to understand your bandhas like never before.
We will explore bandhas in their physical and spiritual form. Are bandhas just core strength or is it deeper than that?
We will focus on your uddiana bandha, the lower tummy. Uddiana means upward lifting . In yoga philosophy, energy or prana moves down as we age. By lifting our bandhas, we encourage our prana to move upwards
Mula bandha refers to the deep pelvic floor muscles and by connecting with them, we connect with the root of our nervous system.
Once you develop this connection with your bandha, you can move from your centre, practise yoga with more confidence and agility, and enjoy a sense of lightness.
The workshop will be held at The Body Studio, in Northwood. Reserve your place now.
