We never get chance to cover the full primary series in our normal 1 hour class.... here is your chance! We will work our way from start to finish through all of the 41 asanas and attempt to give all of them a go!
You will learn how the series naturally progresses, with each pose preparing the body for the next. Plus you will get a handout covering all of the poses to help you develop a self practice.
THIS SESSION INCLUDES SOME ADVANCED POSTURES THEREFORE IS SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE A REGULAR PRACTICE (AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK FOR 3+ MONTHS)

Stacey teaches invigorating, dynamic yoga classes, which will leave you feeling strong, flexible and grounded. Classes are strongly influenced by Ashtanga so expect lots of movement, and a physically challenging practice!
All levels are welcome to all classes though, so even if you have not tried yoga before come and give it a go. All you need is a mat and an open heart and mind!
