We can’t believe it was 12 months ago that we welcomed Emma Slade to Deva Yoga for the first time. She has literally been with us from the beginning. If you missed out last year, don’t miss Emma this year as we are excited to welcome her back to lead this Asana and Breathing Masterclass. Not only is Emma an inspiration with her life journey of Banker to Buddhist Nun, author of her book ‘Set Free’, continually fundraising for her charity ‘Open your Heart to Bhutan’. Emma is also an exceptionally experienced and talented yoga teacher. In this workshop, Emma will be demonstrating asana and how it is linked to the breath. The workshop will be an open forum for discussion and questions on solving problems with Asana, breaking through any barriers you may be holding onto. A time for you to explore your practice and any challenges that come up for you, allowing Emma to help and guide. There will also be time for a short break and some guided meditation, leaving you relaxed to flow through the rest of your weekend.
