Looking for a fun creative way to practice some yoga postures commonly known in class? You don’t need blocks, belts or bricks!! Just someone else to practice with!! Learn how to maintain alignment, balance and focus with a partner as a prop for yoga. Practice some common yoga postures which are easily adapted to practice with a partner. You do not need to book with a partner to attend. An odd final number of attendees for this workshop will be accommodated.

I have practiced Hatha Yoga since 2005 and completed the British Wheel of Yoga Teachers Diploma Course. I have been teaching since 2011 and qualified in 2012. I have a gentle style, encouraging students to move within and beyond their limitations. The class styles include Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. My main interests which are reflected in the yoga sessions are posture practice, breath work, correct alignment, encouraging a sense of health and well being, and of course, relaxation.
I teach yoga classes in private gyms and yoga workshops in Horwich, Bolton.
