This is the forth year that Lara Speroni is coming to Pula and we are delighted to host her.
This will be 3-day workshop on building the body‘s intelligence and awareness from the ground upwards. A wide range of poses will be practiced without ever forgetting the importance played by the feet. Standing poses, inversions, back arching, and many more, will activate, challenge and help you strengthen your feet.
Workshop will be held in english language and translation will be provided if needed. Although coming from London, Laras native Italian as well as her understanding of Croatian, is making us feel like home, accommodate our mediterranean natures and expressions.
Schedule:
Friday: 6pm-8:30pm
Saturday: 9am-12pm / 4-6:30pm
Sunday: 9am-12pm
Total workshop is 108 Euros and for registration and payment before 30.06. is 100 Euros.

Lara Speroni is the co-director of Iyengar Yoga House in South East London. She was introduced to Iyengar yoga in 2000 and from the first inspiring class she never looked back! Today she cannot imagine her life without the practice of yoga.
Lara gained the UK Iyengar yoga teaching certificate in 2007 and she now holds the Intermediate Junior 3 certificate. She practices daily, attends weekly classes and continuously studies with Senior Iyengar teachers in the UK and India. The yoga journey is never ending and forever challenging, interesting and stimulating.
Lara firmly believes that Iyengar yoga has something to offer to everyone, it helps everyone on their own individual path towards physical and mental wellbeing. It supports and complements every daily living activity.
