Allow your body to flow with your breath as you move rhythmically from one posture to the next. This is my most popular and well attended class style in studios. Vinyasa yoga improves flexibility, tones, improves strength and breathing. Be prepared to sweat (release toxins) and re-energise, re-connect and re-align the body. This workshop is a blend of dynamic vinyasa followed by a cooling vinyasa sequence (Moon Salutations). A relaxing yoga nidra will end the practice.

I have practiced Hatha Yoga since 2005 and completed the British Wheel of Yoga Teachers Diploma Course. I have been teaching since 2011 and qualified in 2012. I have a gentle style, encouraging students to move within and beyond their limitations. The class styles include Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. My main interests which are reflected in the yoga sessions are posture practice, breath work, correct alignment, encouraging a sense of health and well being, and of course, relaxation.
