Yoga for me has been a very personal journey and I have learnt more in private yoga sessions than I have in years of yoga classes and now as a teacher myself I believe it is a really worthwhile investment and can leave you feeling rejuvenated - like you have had a mini spa break!

For clients that want to improve strength and tone I can offer stronger power Vinyasa style workout sessions. These can be adapted to suit beginners so you can build up your fitness and strength gradually. These 1-2-1 yoga sessions are perfect to combine with coaching for weight loss .

My private yoga sessions are 90 minutes in length and are tailored to your personal needs. I guide you on the correct breathing techniques, postures, alignment and offer guided meditation and a relaxation session at the end. They can also be combined with a wellbeing coaching session for a really holistic approach to your wellbeing.

Private sessions can also be shared with a friend or partner and can be a great way to support each other on your wellbeing journey. I can instruct you on special stretching techniques that you can work on together to increase your flexibility and enhance your yoga practice.
I offer1-2-1 Wellbeing Coaching tailored to your personal wellbeing goals. We explore what wellbeing means to you, what you want to achieve, beliefs about yourself and barriers to achieving your goals. Wellbeing coaching can be combined with 1-2-1 yoga sessions for a truly holistic approach.

I specialise in coaching for weight loss and weight management, stress management and building resilience. As a trained Colour Me Beautiful Consultant I can also work with you on your building your self esteem through style confidence.

We can offer tailored short courses, workshops or wellbeing retreats for special interest groups, organisations or special events.

Yoga for Stress Management , Weight Loss & Menopause

I teach a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and work with you to achieve the right balance for your body. I focus on teaching the correct breathing and alignment and design a personal program to work towards building up your strength and flexibility at a pace that suits you. I take a holistic approach which as a trained coach and wellbeing educator I can help you achieve your wellbeing goals . I am available for private 1-2-1 or couples , small groups , hen weekends and retreats.
