I have been practicing yoga for 20 years, starting in the Iyengar tradition. I am certified and YA registered. . I teach in Europe and the US and lead yoga retreats worldwide.I also have private students.
Jiyaflow focuses on working out the best alignment for your body, sustained holding of poses, flow and breathwork. I focus on your individual needs so that you can see progress in your strength, balance and flexibility over time.
