Yorkshire born Emma Thomas has been practicing Yoga since she was a young teen, after graduating and working as a Barista for over 15 years, it was through meditation and living a positive lifestyle she decided to deepen her spiritual practice by becoming a Yoga teacher.
She now shares that knowledge in her classes, workshops and private practice.
