Hi, I’m Tanya and I specialise in teaching Ashtanga Style and more gentle Hatha Style yoga alongside meditation and mindfulness practices.
I run classes in Blackwater, Hawley and Windlesham. I am also available for private tuition at my own yoga studio located within my peaceful cottage on the Surrey/ Hants / Berks border.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter your level of experience or fitness. It is a brilliant, and calming, form of exercise and I hope that you can join me to see what it can offer you.
