A restorative week of yoga with morning and longer afternoon sessions in this family run centre in rural Abruzzo. . Home cooked vegetarian food, lovely yoga space with equipment, morning and afternoon classes with time to relax in the pool and airy twin room available. Mid June promises nice weather but there is a hot tub and sauna to ease tired yoga muscles if the weather does chill down.
