Our Yoga Weekend will include a variety of 4-5 yoga classes and workshops; 5 delicious, plant-based, healthy meals and snacks, as well as the peaceful and relaxing accommodation in a luxury glamping bell tent on a completely eco-run nature retreat in North Wales.
This intimate weekend retreat, surrounded by nature will allow you to spend some time on yourself. The weekend provides a good balance of yoga, delicious plant-based food and drinks and stunning accommodation that will allow you to recharge, relax and reinvigorate yourself.

Yoga Training
Emma is a registered member as ‘Experienced Yoga Teacher’ with the Yoga Alliance Professionals, after qualifying in 2013 with Sampoorna School of Yoga, India, with a 200 hour qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
She continues to develop her own Ashtanga Practice daily and completes training every year, training with Kino McGregor, Tim Feldmann, as well as completing a 40-hour teacher training with the legendary David Swenson.

Emma’s passion for food began at an early age. She strives to serve up sustainable, organic, delicious, healthy, plant-based food for every meal.
She enjoys sharing her knowledge of nutrition and how a healthy, plant-based lifestyle can change your life, through her cookery classes and workshops, with her own recipes and love of home-grown produce.
