Come and celebrate the Summer Solstice, the peak of light and nature's cycles as we acknowledge the turn towards darkness. We will have a daily dynamic morning practice and evening restorative yoga. Included in the weekend will be meditation, journeying and a fire ceremony. There will also be two guided Nordic walking walks, should you wish to take part or ample time during the afternoon just to hang out, read, will be staying in a sanctuary of peace surrounded by beautiful countryside. With straw bale buildings and a heated swimming pool.

Hello, welcome to my page. I am a teacher and student of yoga, I have been practising yoga for 24yrs, teaching for 10yrs and it's an integral part of my life. I aspire to practice the principles of yoga both on and off my mat to give be flexibility and strength of body and mind and bring balance to my life. I truly believe that the more we affect change in ourselves, the more we can inspire others to reach for that too.
I teach hatha flow yoga with a focus on alignment and offer classes to adults, teens and children. in addition I offer Restorative yoga, Sound Healing and pregnancy yoga My training has been through Yogacampus in general level teaching, children's yoga, teen yoga, restorative yoga and sound healing . My main teacher is Rod Stryker and have also trained with Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Jo Manuel and Judith Hanson Laseter, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Anne Malone.
